How Dry-Hire Hospitality Works
Under Texas state law, mobile bars cannot directly purchase or sell alcohol. We operate on a dry-hire model—which is actually great news for your event budget.
You supply your favorite alcohol directly (with zero venue markups), and Wayward Bison Social handles literally everything else.
We Plan the Bar: We consult with you to craft custom signature cocktail recipes and calculate exact alcohol quantities tailored to your guest count.
You Grab the Spirits: You order the alcohol using our simple, itemized shopping list (or have it delivered directly to the venue).
We Craft the Vibe: We arrive with the mobile lounge, ice, artisan mixers, fresh garnishes, glassware, and certified bartenders to deliver a seamless, high-end experience.
